UK vs Georgia Basketball (January 18, 2009)
1st annual Bill Keightley (Mr. Wildcat) MVP award given by the AtlantaUK Alumni Club. Bill Keightley was UK’s equipment manager for 48 years and died in April of 2008. The MVP Award went to Perry Stevenson. A reception given by the Northeast Georgia UK Alumni Club at the Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe.

Club Awards & Scholarships Dinner (September 12, 2008)
Scholarship winners Pat Simmons and Jenna Newsome. Pat (listed as John on his certificate) is a walk-on FG kicker with the football team (wearing #90, 6’2″, 180 lbs) and comes from LaGrange High School in LaGrange, GA. Jenna is a 5’10” freestyle swimmer on the women’s swim team at UK. She graduated from North Cobb High School in Kennesaw, GA.
